APPOINTMENTS: A credit card is required to secure new client reservations. To ensure availability, we suggest you reserve appointments in advance, though we make every effort to accommodate last minute appointments and walk-ins. Be sure to mention any medical condition, pregnancy, or special request at time of booking.
 
ARRIVAL GUIDELINES: Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to allow yourself time to check-in and relax with some tea or water. Late arrival may shorten your appointment time, depending on our schedule, and the full-service fee will be charged.
 
WHAT TO WEAR: Massage is usually performed with the client fully undressed, but draped with a sheet at all times. Only the part of the body being massaged is exposed. You can keep your underwear on, but it may limit the therapist's access to certain muscles.
 
YOUR EXPERIENCE: During the massage, please tell your therapist if you would like more or less pressure, quieter music, a blanket if you're cold, turning the table warmer on or off. Your comfort is most important.
 
CANCELLATIONS: You may cancel or change your appointment through 6 pm the evening prior. No-shows or last minute cancellations affect other guests, your therapist, and the spa. Failure to give proper notice may result in a $20.00 per hour fee. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
 
TIPPING: As with other tipped professions, gratuity is based on the full, undiscounted value of your service(s), and 20% is typical.
